How services are purchased

Services are purchased by enquiry and invoice. We confirm the scope, schedule, delivery format, and pricing in writing before payment is requested. Services are delivered as agreed. As services are time-based and delivered on scheduled dates, fees are not refundable for services already delivered.

Pricing varies depending on the service type, duration, group size, materials required, and delivery format. International competition support can vary significantly depending on the scope and travel requirements. All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
